New Era of 2V

Written by Peter Li-Chang Kuo

(Chinese)

The humanistic value (Value) of the 2V era must come before the scale of technological output (Volume); only then can the two wings of 2V, soar on wings like eagles, achieve stable flight.” Linda Din, a daughter of defense employee, believes that humanity has always been constrained by time and space (t,s). By inserting an “e” between them, she formed “t-e-s” (TES). Proposed at APEC in 1998, it was called a “Total Economic Solution,” contributed to the formulation of an “E-commerce Constitution,” and earned her the title “Mother of E-commerce.” Through TES, humanity can effectively transcend time and space, enabling the instantaneous movement of talent, capital, goods, and employment across vast distances.

Fig 1: 2V as the eagle’s two wings (AI-generated)

In her genesis invention, she adopted a contactless TranSmart electronic payment system. She defined time at “0.002 seconds,” allowing billions of daily passages through gateways to proceed smoothly — this she termed “Velocity.” At the APEC podium, she presented a “30-nation Market Plan” map spanning over 60 million square kilometers — “Vast” in scale — while others sought to expand it further to 90 million square kilometers. Yet Linda Din consistently emphasized “2V” (Value and Volume).

Fig 2: The Value and Volume of TES

She continued with another slide explaining that TES represents a seamless global channel, making it easy to generate technological output (Volume) — illustrated by “USD 257.1 billion.” Even extracting only a portion for an “IP Appraisal Report” yields “USD 23.4 billion” in benefits. Therefore, one must uphold the humanistic value (Value) of social responsibility investment (SRI) to achieve the “Possible Trinity”— a triple-win for “people, enterprises, and government.” Her proposal was praised by the ministers as “the best practice of enabling 240 million people to start businesses,” and during the COVID-19 period, it was estimated to have helped 1.5 billion people earn global income from home.

The Causality of TES

When I prepared to create a new generation for Taiwan, I encountered a violent, bleeding asset-seizing coup. After losing a fetus, Linda Din still asked me to forgive the perpetrators — astonishing the entire Su Nan-Cheng municipal team. She then encouraged me to “save Barbie,” saying it could provide stable employment for 5,000 people and help stabilize a society suffering from “government failure.” However, in 1984, despite obstruction from three professional managers (ABP), I succeeded in saving Barbie. Mattel’s response was that in 1985, they took the zero-defect production tools I had awarded them and moved swiftly to Malaysia, initiating layoffs.

Undeterred, Linda Din brought “Talking Barbie” — the prototype of humanoid AI—to negotiate with ABP, yet still could not stop Mattel from shutting down its Taiwan plant (MLT). At just 28 years old, a Taiwanese housewife, after spiritual meditation, sketched, cut, and pasted at her dining table beside the kitchen in Chonghe to produce a “TES Schematic Diagram,” asserting that this “Electronic + Commerce” could solve structural social problems.

Fig 3: Linda Din introducing “t-e-s” with her son

When she traveled with her son from Taipei to Kaohsiung to present the idea to scholars and experts, the audience burst into laughter, ridiculing the concept; some even laughed so hard that they metaphorically “laughed their gums off.”

Nevertheless, relying only on the most fundamental concept of accounting statistics — "dx/dt," the ratio of infinitesimal change to infinitesimal time, exemplified by the idea of “velocity”— she sold electronic components worldwide, acquired resources, and independently transformed TES into tangible systems. She realized a compassionate TES vision: enabling unemployed women over the age of 35 to engage in cross-border economic activity across 90 million square kilometers and earn global income from home.

As early as 1989, Economic Daily News and Commercial Times reported on Linda Din’s social enterprise (SEL) developing “RF Transmitter,” affirming her pioneering status in global “e-commerce, contactless, and cashless systems,” and publicly declaring intellectual property rights (IPRs) under WIPO, TRIPS, and the Berne Convention.

Fig 4: 1989 reports declaring IP sovereignty

By March 29, 1997, after the Dalai Lama presided over a consecration ceremony at Gongga Temple in Tainan, the temple chairman, Mr. Chang Li-Tang, joined us on a drive back to Taichung. During the journey, Linda Din discussed and formulated an “eBAS” (electronic business auto-circulation system), integrating Bai-Xian Pharmaceuticals and Taiwan Salt Company into a proposal to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, hoping for state participation in this already-developed genesis invention.

Unfortunately, the Ministry invited Wu Chong-Ji and Lee Chi-Chu as reviewers, who mocked the “e-commerce, contactless, cashless system” and rejected the proposal. Most strikingly, the latter would go on to build her career largely upon materials we had provided.

Dependent Variable (s) and Independent Variable (t)

From the most fundamental perspective of mathematics and physics, “TES” (the electronic store system) conveys a simple principle of calculus: the dependent variable — position or space (s) — is a function of the independent variable — time (t). By controlling the rate of change of time, one can reshape the structure of physical space. Unfortunately, rigid, book-bound PhDs in economics — third-rate scholars (and politicians)—failed to grasp this at the time, lacking the insight of a “first-rate strategist” (a visionary) in global political economy, resulting in a historic moment marked by a vast dimensional gap.

Thus, with a moment of inspiration, Linda Din brought her genesis invention to APEC 1997 in Vancouver. Canada’s Minister of Industry, John Manley, praised TES as “A Door to the Global Market.” She was invited to serve as an international advisory expert, and her invention brought hope of renewal to countries affected by the Asian Financial Crisis.

Fig 5: Linda Din serving as an international advisory expert

Each time Linda Din attended APEC, she prepared “Color Brochures” and carried more than 30 kilograms of printed materials like a porter, distributing them to representatives from the various economies. When she proposed TES at the 1998 APEC podium, it helped bring about the formulation of the “E-Commerce Constitution,” which established her international intellectual property rights (IPRs) related to “e-commerce, contactless, and cashless systems.”

Fig 6: Color Brochure and the APEC speakers

After the 1997 Asian financial crisis swept through the region, factories in the affected countries shut down and unemployment soared. Around the world, people were looking for a way to bypass Wall Street financial giants and help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and ordinary citizens get back on their feet. Linda Din’s TES proposal, together with the “Possible Trinity” (a W-shaped society), appeared at just the right moment. It showed that by connecting 30 major economies and up to 90 million square kilometers of “production sites and markets” through contactless TranSmart chips and an eStore network, the system could directly link producers and markets, restore the eightfold profits that had previously been drained away by intermediaries back to the grassroots, and solve a wide range of problems. It was regarded as “timely rain from heaven.”

In November 1998, when I attended a meeting in Lübeck, Germany, Dr. Günter Rexrodt, the former German Minister of Economics who had stepped down only days earlier, told the guests: “If Linda Din were German, she would already have received several Nobel Prizes.” This reflected the highest praise from a master of classical macroeconomics.

Dr. Rexrodt said that during his ministerial term from 1993 to 1998, he faced the century-scale challenge of the "GDP gap after German reunification." But after seeing the TES diagram, he recognized the “miracle of folded time and space.” By introducing the concepts of the “electronic store” (eStore) and the “value-added mechanism” (VAM), and by reorganizing East Germany’s fragmented microenterprises and labor force, it would be possible to bypass spatial constraints (lims0). Through employment accumulation (limt→∞), and with very low cost but very high variability, Germany could “leapfrog” across generations, quickly narrow the GDP gap after reunification, and connect seamlessly with West Germany and even the mature global market.

According to conventional economics, building a physical logistics chain in a rule-bound way creates too much friction in physical space (s) and moves too slowly in time (t). Linda Din, however, used only a simple calculus-based space time theorem to bring into reality a “cross-dimensional economic overall equalizer” that even the strongest industrial empire in the West — Germany — could only dream of. This is also why economists who lacked insight later clung to TES and profited from public funds.

Influences of APEC 2003

At APEC 2003, 4,000 “Color Brochures” were distributed, helping promote best-practice policy. The Thai delegation also considered lecturer Linda Din to be Nobel-worthy. Yet the Linhorn Indicator, “A = C/GDP = 0.36,” explicitly pointed to a vision of "10 trillion US dollars." Those color handouts may well have looked, to cartel interests, like a message saying, “Copy US6304796B1”—and multinational corporations then frantically copied the invention, breaking it apart into hundreds of patents of their own. This stood in stark contrast to Dr. Rexrodt’s concern for the "Possible Trinity" : the mission of creating a triple-win for people, enterprises, and government.

Fig 7: Color Brochures and the Thai Representative

Linda Din named the “TranSmart Electronic Payment System” after her grandmother’s Dharma name. It had originally been invented as a cashless system to solve the problem of taxi drivers being robbed. In the RF converter shown in Figure 4, there is an “adjustable capacitor,” whose function is NFC (near-field communication, 13.56 MHz, US20030197061) and LDT (long-distance transmission, 923 MHz, US20040054595A1). Multinational corporations drooled over the idea, set up forums, and tried to blur the truth in order to seize the invention for themselves.

On January 27, 2001, after Panhornic ComMec Inc. (PCI) suffered a major robbery and was then falsely accused by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the “Mother of E-commerce” finally accepted my and William’s advice to pursue a NASDAQ listing. This was reported in the newspapers on November 23, 2001.

Fig 8: News report on PCI’s 2001 listing

When Merrill’s team came to Taichung and saw the live demonstration, they were deeply moved by the “Charity Donation” key. They took the appraisal report from Fig 2 back for study and concluded that the stock was worth “US$250 per share,” which was 96 times Nvidia’s stock price at the time. After I took the simulator to the United States for a roadshow, Panhornic’s market capitalization had already reached “US$750 billion,” 28 times Apple’s value that year.

Fig 9: The impact of the "Charity Donation" key

The most chilling coincidence was that the Taiwan cartel mobilized the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the National Taxation Bureau, the police, the Investigation Bureau, and the prosecutors’ office — public power was fully enlisted. They carried out repeated harassment-style summonses and interrogations. Wang Fulin of the Central Investigation Team, together with the Fengyuan Investigation Station and Yang Wenzheng, formed a “four-person, one-car team with guns” to visit our relatives and friends across Taiwan, cutting off our personal network. They even signed a complaint with 39 people against us, while also requesting bank transaction records, severing our financial lifeline.

Fig 10: The cartel building charges from stolen materials

Using the stolen “US$600 Million Work Order” signed with the State Council of China on July 8, 2002, the cartel fabricated charges of “illegal fund extraction to help the CCP bandits.” After questioning at the Wuri Police Station and then the Investigation Bureau, followed by a long chain of criminal false accusations and malicious complaints, Jeffrey Koo Sr. declared: “Won't let you live past 2004!” After repeated interrogations in the prosecutors’ investigation room, the “Mother of E-Commerce,” holding a ticket to fly to the United States, collapsed on November 21, 2004 — shocked into dementia, aphasia, and amnesia. Years of hard work and a tens of millions dollars of IPO investment were all wasted.

Even more strangely, Wang Fulin, the head of the Central Investigation Team, was later promoted to be the Investigation Bureau director under Ma Ying-jeou and carried out an operation of "Destroying the Nest." Then, on August 8, 2009, the “Mother of E-Commerce” truly lost both her company and her home on the day of the Morakot disaster, ending up stranded in the storm-swept streets. The Control Yuan president Wang Jianxuan then worsened matters by classifying the investigation report as confidential until August 16, 2017, and warned: “Do not mention your TES invention again, or you will face seven years in prison.”

If Dr. Rexrodt, now among the stars with Laplace, knew that the “Big Name Linda Din” he spoke of had used "t-e-s" to help humanity break through the limits of time and space, while she herself was persecuted in her own country under the banner of a “Rich Taiwan Plan,” he would surely lament even more loudly.

APEC 2009 to Rescue the World

In the rain storms of 2009, I unexpectedly received an invitation from President Barack Obama to contribute the way of “Rebuilding the Global Economy” at the APEC CEO Summit.

Fig 11: The Author at 2009 APEC CEO Summit

At Singapore’s Fairmont Hotel, on the 25th floor, the U.S. delegation saw the 1.892 million “eStores” I had planned for them and said that “2 million” would be enough. It truly was like moving the stars from the sky to the earth as a form of humanistic value: shrinking space (lims0) while at the same time reaching the “ultimate speed of 0.002 seconds” (limt→∞). Within the social responsibility investment (SRI) framework we contributed — “IIA-TES” — its scale of technological output (Volume) seemed to plug the abyss (black hole) of the financial tsunami, as if all disasters had been quietly erased.

S&P’s Joseph suggested that the “originator” entrusts the invention “TES” to professional arrangers, with the competent authorities confirming that there were no defects in title. Market underwriters would then quantify the intellectual property and sell it to institutional investors, creating "accounts receivable" (AR) that would flow back to the original creator. The key to launching this international structure lies in the completeness of the commercial contract; it should be treated as the next step — namely, a commercial licensing agreement to be handled after the legal team has been assembled.

Most importantly, Dennis introduced the concept of “creditor initiative.” In essence, it is a declaration of sovereignty and asset monetization. Its feasibility rests on three factual foundations. First, under the "TRIPS" international intellectual property regime, original IP exists at the moment creation is completed, and the formal APEC proposal in 1998 further confirmed its international recognition. Second, in the official APEC proposal in 2003, the 4,000 distributed “Color Brochures” (Fig 7), listing multiple patents, served as an official seal of proof to the world regarding TES’s value and feasibility, establishing the natural standing of the “originator.” Third, after securing satellite support at the 2006 APEC Leaders’ Meeting, the “K-Horn Toller” was installed in traditional stores around the world, realizing the proposal for a “Global Channel — TES (the electronic store system).” Today, the output of global contactless payments, smart retail, and wearable sensing is as abundant as “Fat Cattle all over the mountains.”

The greatest advantage is that multinational corporations formally cited our invention in the USPTO record as forward citations and then frantically infringed it for profit, thereby creating a “historical technology debt” in commercial substance. As creditors, we of course have the right to proactively price and dispose of these intellectual property assets.

We possess an era-defining product, we promoted it on the right APEC international stage, and now that the harvest is ripe, a price should be set—for example, selling the original USD 23.4 billion appraisal at a discounted USD 100 million as an asset package, or even tokenizing it through a "Securitized Token Offering" (STO).

The TES derivatives we helped bring into daily use by 1.5 billion people worldwide are “hard assets” backed by APEC history and indisputable multinational patent evidence. In today’s Web3 and "Real World Assets" (RWA) markets, this is a cutting-edge and fully lawful commercial method. Moreover, proactively discounting the potential value of USD 23.4 billion into a USD 100 million asset package is, in the eyes of Wall Street and international distressed-asset funds, an extremely attractive arbitrage opportunity.

Summary

To solve the problem of foreign-invested companies withdrawing and closing factories because of government failure, we initiated the "Rich Taiwan Plan" and, through divine inspiration, brought the genesis invention “t-e-s” (TES) — which fundamentally transforms humanity’s constraints of "time and space" (t,s) — into the world through "Social Responsibility Investment" (SRI), eventually making it a daily necessity for everyone. Now, due to the rampage of cartel-like corrupt groups, the earlier “2V” we advocated (V1—Value, V2—Volume) has become unbalanced, with V2 exceeding V1 and one wing dominating the other, creating a bad condition. This week, some people described our earlier advocacy of the Possible Trinity—a W-shaped society in which “people, enterprises, and government” all win — as a “Debt Trinity,” meaning a three-way loss in which “individuals, enterprises, and government” are all trapped in debt. They hope we will activate the braking system so that humanity does not fall into an irrecoverable abyss. For that reason, we will issue a call to action, hoping that through the support of those with ambition, we can fulfill the unfinished NASDAQ vision of 2004, assemble an efficient legal team of one hundred, mobilize hundreds of billions in resources, and create derivative benefits with “Zero Marginal Cost.”

Peter Li-Chang Kuo, the author created Taiwan's Precision Industry in his early years. Peter was a representative of the APEC CEO Summit and an expert in the third sector. He advocated "anti-corruption (AC)/cashless/e-commerce (E-Com)/ICT/IPR/IIA-TES / Micro-Business (MB)…and etc." to win the international bills and regulations.
